hey people... wow i been soo busy... i wanted to update cuz i feel blah... umm everything is good... well kinda... xc started... tell u the truth i miss last year... last year was sooo much fun... but wat ever... telll u the truth i am doing it so i can go to state and then make the college people look at me... i want to run in college... so wat ever... i dont really want to say anything in here cuz then people going to start bs... and word goes around fast... last weekend after the race... while i was going back to the bus... i turned around and saw the people that were getting there medals.... and it made me realize how much i need to improve... i been running twice a day... i dont want to run to much... cuz i know i will burn out if i run to much... my legs cant handle that much... lol but ya.. i am going to stop complaining... alright peace.... here are some pics from au.... i miss yall soo much but i dont have time to show how much i miss yall... lol sorry... and i miss my girl sooo much... i know we been having bad nights but i will make it up promise.... i love uuuuuuuuuu sooo much... oo let me tell yall my schedule... alright weekdays...

7:20 - 2:10 school
2:30 - 4:15 cross country
4:15 - 5:30 eat, talk to my girl, or watch tv
5:30 - 7:00 sleep
7:00 - 7:30 walk in my sleep (still sleepy)
7:30 - 8:00 dua (prayer)
8:00 - 8:30 hw
8:30 - 9:30 either work out or go eat
9:30 - 12:30 talk to my girl again... lol

weekend - saturday
6:30 - 12:30 xc race
12:30 - 4:00 go to sleep or talk on the phone
4:00 - 7:00 chill at home or go to work
7:00 - 8:30 church
8:30 - 12:30 go home eat and talk on the phone and chill
